M-133 harmonic, interharmonic, modulation signals

Precised specification of M-133 harmonic, interharmonic and modulated output signals has been appended.

Except sinusoidal mode M-133 one-phase three-phase power/energy calibrator is equipped with waveforms with defined distortion. Harmonic distortion enables to add calibrated amount of higher harmonic up to 50 order and frequency 5 kHz to the output signal. In interharmonic mode any spectral line in frequency range to 1 kHz can be mixed to the fundamental harmonic.
